Course Objective:

This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to apply, monitor and report on compliance systems in the resources and infrastructure industries.

Applying to individuals who work in supervisory roles who generally contribute to compliance processes by undertaking a range of compliance related activities in-line with written procedures.

Upon course completion students must be able to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Identify, communicate, and implement regulation and workplace requirements
  • Plan and implement systems to meet regulation and workplace requirements
  • Monitor, revise and report performance to confirm legal and contractual compliance
  • Investigate, report and action non-compliance

ACTA Group Course Admission Requirements:

Participants must:

  • Be at least 17 years of age;
  • Have completed Year 10 in the Australian school system or equivalent;
  • Have language, literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to ASCF Level 3;
  • Provision of the participant’s Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Provision of Australian legal photo identification for assessment purposes

Upon successful completion of this unit, students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment in RIIGOV401E Apply monitor and report on compliance systems.
