Due to demand, ACTA Group have put together our current Mining course packages, ranging from new starter-simple cost affective package courses, up to advanced package courses.

We have put together packages that are much more affordable if you combine each skillset and enrol into one of our great new packages.

These options will allow those seeking to enter the mining industry with no current or relevant industry skills, to attain experience and a simple understanding of what expected when working and operating in any mine site.

Mining

Package A -this package is designed around new to industry job seekers, that have never worked in any mining environment beforehand.

Package B – these packages are designed around those who are competent or have experience with plant and machinery. They have sound knowledge of safety standards, recognizing risks and hazards in the workplace, but don’t have the skills or qualifications to build a resume that employers require.

Package D – this Generic Induction package is mandatory in QLD mine sites. It’s a standard learning experience that will set you up with the right skills and knowledge to enter any mine throughout Australia.

Package E – this Generic Entry package is designed for those seeking a Haul Truck/Dump Truck operator role in the mining sector, along with the Standard 11 Generic Induction course combined at a discounted rate. These basic skills is mandatory to work on any QLD mine site.

Package F – this New Starter package is for those jobseekers who want all the skills the employers seek to be fit for any general entry job application into any mine site. This package will give you skills and experience on a live site, which will allow you to put together a resume to demonstrate a wide range of skills, conducting all the necessary daily safety tasks required as a Haul Truck/Dump Truck operator role in the mining sector. These are the most common all-rounder roles on offer, often know as general entry role into majority of mine sites.
