Is your training Nationally Recognised?

Yes, all training undertaken with ACTA Group is Nationally Accredited.

All Nationally Accredited courses can be viewed on our website with their relevant unit codes.

How do I get my Statement of Attainment if I complete an online refresher course?

To obtain a Statement of Attainment once you complete your online refresher course, we require you to email through a copy of the Statement of Attainment you are refreshing, along with a copy of your drivers licence or passport. An enrolment form is also emailed through to you on completion of your course. Make sure to keep an eye out in your emails!

What if I can't find my original Statement of Attainment?

If you can’t find your original Statement of Attainment, you can log into your USI student portal and download a VET Transcript

Please keep in mind we DO NOT accept Statements of Attainment dated prior to 2015 or wallet cards.

Our online refresher courses are available to you 24/7.

How do I book into a course?

You can book into our courses by viewing the relevant course page and clicking the “Enrol Now” button. This will then take you to the available dates where you are able to add the course to your cart and purchase.


If you are wanting to complete an online refresher course, you can enrol all online by clicking the “Enrol Now” button which will take you to our online learning system where you will be able to create your online learning account, purchase the course and get started straight away.

Please note: If you are booking an online refresher course for someone else, you will need to create the account in the person’s name who will be completing the course.
