Your Role as a TAE:

As a Trainer and Assessor with our RTO, you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver Engaging Training: Utilise your industry experience to deliver dynamic, practical, and engaging training sessions that resonate with our diverse student base.
• Assess Competency: Conduct fair and reliable assessments to evaluate learners’ competency and ensure they meet industry standards.

What We’re Looking for:

• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience and expertise in the Civil, Construction, Transport or Mining industry, with a passion for sharing knowledge and skills.
• TAE Qualification: A valid TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with learners and colleagues.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Commitment: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of training and assessment practices.
